Terms and Conditions

All bookings at Embogo Lodge must be paid in full 7 days prior to the arrival of clients. Any booking that fails to meet these criteria will automatically be canceled.

Cancellation Policy– Days before Arrival

  • 31 – 14 days: 25% cancellation fee charge
  • 13 – 8 days: 50% cancellation fee charge
  • 7 – 4 days: 75% cancellation fee charge

For child/children accompanying adults in the same room

  1. Children below 5 years sharing a room with parents stay free of charge
  2. Between 5 and 12 years are charged 75% of the adult’s rate.
  3. 13 years and above are charged the same rate as adults.
